French Dip Sandwich

This sandwich is probably the easiest, and most flavorful comfort food there is. To me, there is nothing better than a sandwich covered in melted gooey cheese that can be dipped in Au Jus (which is down right amazing). Now, you can totally make your Au Jus from scratch if you have the time. But, for all of our busy moms out there and the people who just aren't into complicated recipes, this is perfect for you.
So to begin, you are going to prepare your Au Jus. You can use any kind that you prefer, but Johnny's French Dip Au Jus Sauce is surprisingly delicious, and all you have to do is mix it with water and heat it through on the stove. Simplicity is bliss my friends. Once the Au Jus is warm and delicious, you are going to throw in your Roast Beef and let it soak up all of the juice. In the meantime, we are going to prepare the bread.
You can choose any type of crusty bread that you would like for your sandwich. We chose this adorable mini Ciabatta loaf, but a french baguette would also be a perfect choice. You really cant go wrong with any type of bread can you?
Then, you are going to want to crank up your oven and set it to broil. We really want to give this bread a golden brown crust that way it can still hold its shape when it soaks up all the juice. Place the halved bread directly on the rack in the oven face down and let it crisp up for about 1-2 minutes.
Have you ever seen a more beautiful sight?
Next you are going to place the warm Roast Beef onto one half of the bread.
A little excess juice is obviously even better.
And next comes the cheese. Ah cheese. This is sliced provolone. Its perfect for melting and getting  nice and bubbly, but you can choose whatever cheese you would like. Pepper jack or smoked Gouda would be incredible as well.
Place it back under the broiler and keep an eye on it.
Things can burn very easily. Trust me.
Okay I lied. THIS is a more beautiful sight.
Crusty bread AND juicy roast beef AND melty cheese.
Now that our French Dip is getting closer to becoming a French Dip,
we are going to put the final touches on this delicious creation.
Squeeze Beano's Horseradish Sauce all over the other half of the bread.
Then spread it out nice and even.
This brings a flavor to this sandwich that is irresistibly good.
Then place the bread onto the other half to make this a sandwich. *Drools*
I don't think there is anything in the world that is better than a good French Dip. Especially one that is so darn easy. This sandwich makes it seem like you've been roasting the meat all day in the oven and the Au Jus tastes like you made it from scratch. Serve it up with a dish of that Au Jus we made earlier for dipping.
It is a must.
You will love this. Your friends and family will love this. Make it today.

1 lb fresh cut roast beef deli cuts
1 bakey fresh baguette or crusty bread of your choice

Tailgate Hoagie Sliders

Whether you're a high school, college, or pro football fan, it's tailgate season! Looking for an alternative to the sandwich ring for a tailgate party? How about these adorable (and very easy to make) Tailgate Hoagie Sliders?! You can get even smaller buns if you're looking for more of a bite sized feel. If you go with smaller buns, you may want to dice the veggies instead of cutting them into slices.

What you'll need for 4 sliders:
4 buns
4 pieces of lettuce
4 slices of tomato
8 red onion rings
4 slices of Provolone cheese
8 slices of hard salami
8 slices of sandwich pepperoni
4 pepperoncini
1/2 pound of Isaly's Chopped Ham, Chipped
Beano's Sub Dressing

First things first, you'll want to get all of the veggies ready to add some crunch and extra flavor to your tiny sub sandwiches. Dice or slice up onion and tomato. Peel and wash some green leaf lettuce. This is also when you'll want to slice your buns if you didn't buy pre-sliced.

Now you can start building your sandwich. Start with the fresh, colorful veggies you just sliced or diced.

Then add on your savory cheese and meats.

Then the star of the show, Beano's Original Submarine Dressing. It's designed to stay on your sandwich, not soak your bun.

Look at those spices!! Yum!

And there you go! You can add the pepperoncini to the sandwich or serve on the side depending on how spicy you like things.
